INK CUPS :
We provide a full range of replacement ink cups for any brand pad printing machine. Our replacement hard steel, ceramic rings and CNC machined aluminum ink cup housings (with magnetic hold down) have been successfully retro-fitted onto various pad printing machine models.
Our magnetic ink cups are finest quality cups and they are precision CNC machined as per requirement and they provide superior quality maintenance. We do both ceramic ink cup rings and hard steel ink cup rings.
Our ink cups are made of a solvent resistant polymer and designed for ease in cleanup. The ink reservoir in the ink cup is deep enough to hold enough ink to run all day and wide enough to get you finger inside the trough for simple cleanup. All cups are designed with covered magnets so there is no erosion of the magnet coating and hence scratching of your plates. All rings are double sided ceramic and are available in various cup sizes as per requirement.
JIG FIXTURES :
The Jig fixture is a female cavity of the substrate you want to print on
A Jig or Fixture is designed and built to hold, and support component (part) to ensure that each is printed within the specified limits. The accuracy of the fixture is very important. If it not accurate the substrate is move while printing and cause mis-printing. Jig Fixtures can be CNC machined in Acrylic, Teflon or make from Epoxy Material
Epoxy JIG Fixture : Epoxy Jig Fixtures are made from Epoxy Material. They are Durable, easy and fast to make but are not as accurate as fixtures made on CNC Milling Machines. The whole process is manual. They are cost effective.
Acrylic Jig Fixture : Acrylic Jig Fixtures are made from Acrylic Sheets. They are Durable and and accurate as fixtures made on CNC Milling Machines. The whole process is computerized therefore very accurate.
Teflon Jig Fixtures : Nylon or Teflon Jig Fixtures are made from respective Sheets. They are Durable and and accurate as fixtures made on CNC Milling Machines. The whole process is computerized therefore very accurate.
PAD PRINTING DOCTOR BLADE :
We manufacture pad printing doctor blade for doctoring/cleaning pad printing steel plate. We offer different types of pad printing blades of different length & thickness upon customer requirement.
